Listerine Enhypen Promotions & Activations

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. The Promotion (“Promo”) is open to all shoppers/customers of the participating stores nationwide including online e-commerce platforms, aged 18 and above and residents of the Philippines.

  2. A Customer is entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry for every minimum single-receipt purchase of at least

    Php150.00 worth of participating products (refer to the list of participating products).

  3. The Promotion period is from May 1 - August 31, 2026 until 11:59 PM only [Nationwide] (the “Promotion Period/ Promo Period”). Transactions made during the promo period plus purchases of participating products made during the exclusive Watsons BeautyCon Event will be qualified for the raffle.

  4. By joining and participating in the Promo, those qualified and interested to join (the “Participant/s”) hereby confirm, agree and acknowledge that:

    • He or she has read the full mechanics of this Promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;

    • Organizers of the Promotion have the right to identify him or her as a participant in the Promotion and communicate the same at any time, in any territory and through any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.)

    • He or she shall hold organizers of the Promotion free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion as well as the statements and declarations made by Participant in relation to the Promotion;

    • He or she will share his or her personal information to Organizers of the Promotion, its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and their authorized third party agencies, as may be required for the purpose of participating in this Promotion, as well as any promotional activities in digital media, any press release, or any other medium suitable for the promotion of Sponsor or any of its products

    • For these purposes, Participant knowingly and voluntarily allows Sponsor, and their authorized third parties to collect, store, and process copies of his/her personal information which shall be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations as may be amended from time to time. Except as otherwise stated, any personal information obtained relative to the authority herein given shall be strictly confidential. The extent of the collection and processing shall be necessary and incidental to the performance of the purposes provided above;

    • Organizers of the Promotion may, without further compensation to Participant: (i) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding this Promotion, including Participant’s submissions/entries as applicable, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (ii) authorize any of the above activities; and

    • Organizers of the Promotion shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any materials developed in the course of this Promotion including but not limited to advertising materials and Participant’s submissions/entries as applicable.

  5. By joining and participating in the Promotion, those qualified and interested to join the Promotion hereby confirm, agree and acknowledge that he or she has read the full mechanics of this Promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same.

DISQUALIFICATIONS

  1. All submissions will be reviewed. An entry that does not comply with the qualifications and requirements provided in the Promo Mechanics will be disqualified.

  2. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who hack or attempt to hack the Promo, manipulate any related documents, or try to unfairly influence the Promo or other participants in any way.

  3. All employees of JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines), Inc. and employees of participating stores and their relatives, up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are not qualified to join this promotion.

  4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the Promo Mechanics and applicable rules shall be a ground for automatic disqualification.

  5. Organizers of the Promotion shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who, in their sole discretion, is not entitled to win based on the mechanics of the Promo. The decision of Organizers of the Promotion on this matter is final.

DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURES

How to join the Promo:

  1. A customer is eligible for one (1) raffle entry for every single receipt with a minimum purchase of Php 150.00 of any Listerine product

  2. Qualified customers may register for the raffle via the official Listerine website: www.listerine.com.ph/enhypenraffle. The QR Code/ link for the website is available in Listerine social media pages and in participating stores.

  3. Customers must provide the following upon registration in the website. See details from the entry form below.

    • Prior to completing registration, customers will be asked to give their consent for the collection of their data for raffle entry purposes. Once submitted, raffle entries will be securely uploaded to Listerine's online database. Customers will receive an email confirmation for every successful registration.

    • For multiple eligible receipts, customers will have to repeat the registration process.

    • Transactions made during the Promo Period plus purchases of participating products made during the exclusive Watsons BeautyCon Event will be qualified for the raffle.

How to win:

Qualified entries received during the registration period will be randomly selected using Kenvue Philippine's official draw randomizer application. Only entries with complete details will be eligible for the raffle.

Entry Form:

Digital Forms via Listerine website (QR Code for the site to be posted in Listerine social media pages and in participating branches). Participants must accomplish the digital form and provide the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Birthday

  • Mobile Number

  • Email Address

  • Retailer where purchase was made

  • Receipt Number

  • Date of Transaction

  • Photo of Receipt

  • Data Privacy Consent Checkbox

Procedure in the Collection of Entries

Entries will be collected electronically. Only entries with complete details will be eligible for the raffle

Note: There will be 2 pool of entries where winners will be drawn:

  1. Watson's exclusive where 1 major prize and 1 minor prize will be drawn; and

  2. Nationwide entries + Watson's non winning entries where 1 major winner and 4 minor winners will be drawn

No. of Times a Participant May Win

A customer may only win once. If a customer's name is drawn more than once, the raffle committee will randomly select another valid entry to fill the slot. In the event that a participant's name is drawn for both a minor and a major prize, the participant will be awarded the minor prize, as it is drawn first. The major prize will then be redrawn to ensure unique winners per prize category.

Procedure in the Notification of Winners

  1. Winners will be announced on all social media platforms of Listerine PH which include the official Listerine Facebook page, Instagram Page and ecommerce website no later than Sept. 15, 2025.

  2. Winners will be contacted by a JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines), Inc. representative via Email, SMS, and Phone Call.

  3. Winners who do not respond to the JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines), Inc. authorized representative within 7 days from the date they are contacted shall be forfeited and will be replaced with another randomly selected winner (from the buffer winners).

  4. Claiming of prizes:

    • The winner will claim the minor prize (Signed Posters) from JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines), Inc. authorized representative. Winners must present the following to the delivery personnel:

      1. Two (2) Government Issued IDs with photo and signature, such as but not limited to Passport, Driver’s License or SSS ID

      2. Confirmation SMS or email received from JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines), Inc.

      3. Copy of the official receipt (either physical or photo or scanned copy)

    • The winners will claim the major prize (plane ticket) be via receipt sent over email from JNTL's 3rd party agency representative.

  5. In case a winner cannot claim the prize, a winner’s representative must submit an authorization letter from the winner and photocopy of valid identification of both the winner and representative such as but not limited to Passport, Driver’s License or SSS ID. A printed copy of the confirmation email from JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines), Inc. and the official receipt are also required

Prizes to be won:

  1. Winners who have confirmed and validated their winning raffle entry may claim their prizes from JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines), Inc., through its authorized representative. Winners will be asked to present proof of identification, official receipt, SMS/ email confirmation of the official announcement of winning (post verification of details), as well as to sign an acknowledgment receipt which states that he/she has received his or her prize in completion.

  2. Prizes:

    • Major Prize: 2 winners of roundtrip airfare tickets to Seoul, Korea for 2. They may bring their 1 companion.

      Note that 1 winner will be selected from the pool of Watson's entries; other winner (1) will be selected from the nationwide + Watsons’ entries

    • Minor Prizes: 5 winners of signed Enhypen posters

      Note that 1 winner will be selected from the pool of Watson's entries; other 4 winners will be selected from the nationwide + Watsons’ entries

  3. Details for the Prizes

    • Flight and booking details shall be in the sole discretion of JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines) Inc., and its 3rd Party Agency

    • Parameters: Flight period should be within May-June (Economy Class)

    • Expenses outside of airline booking is excluded (ex: travel tax, Hotel, Visa application, etc shall be shouldered by the winner)

    • Winner shall have the discretion to choose his/her companion. If companion is a minor, winner shall ensure necessary requirements are completed

  4. Redemption:

    • Prize redemption:

      1. E-tickets will be sent to the winner's email address.

      2. Posters must be redeemed at Acabar Marketing International located at 5542 G/F JM Bldg. II, Pres. Osmeña Highway, corner Rockefeller, San Isidro, Makati City, 1234 Metro Manila if the winner is not able to redeem personally, JNTL Authorized representative will mail the poster to the winner's address.

    • Redemption Period:

      1. For major Prizes, winners may arrange for their flight tickets within 30 days after acceptance of prize from JNTL's 3rd Party Representative

      2. For minor Winners, posters may be redeemed within 30 days after confirmation upon contact by JNTL's 3rd Party Agency/ Representative.

  5. The claiming of prizes shall be subject to the following conditions:

    • Possession of all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications set forth in these mechanics; and

    • Compliance with all the terms and conditions set forth in these mechanics.

      c. Where applicable, prizes will be supplied with standard manufacturer’s/dealer’s warranties only. Sponsor and its agents are not liable for any warranty whatsoever over the prize, which is the sole liability of the manufacturer/dealer. Sponsor and its agents will not be liable with respect to any death, injury, or consequential loss or damage arising from the distribution or use of any prize and any manufacturer’s/dealer’s refusal to honor its warranty.

  6. Once the prize is claimed by and in the possession of the winner, ownership and all risks pertaining to the prize shall be vested upon him/her.

    • For all winners, redemption of the prize shall only be completed once the winner has confirmed with Organizers of the Promotion that he/she has received the prize.

    • Organizers of the Promotion shall assume receipt of the prize if winner does not confirm within three (3) weeks from the time he/she is notified of the prize having been sent.

  7. By accepting and/or claiming the prize, the winner attests that he/she has read and understood the mechanics of this Promo and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same.

  8.   Actual prizes may vary from photos.

  9. All prizes are non-transferable and non-cash items are not convertible to cash.

  10. Winners will be required to fully accomplish or secure, as applicable, and submit the following information and documents, in order to avail of the prize:

    • 2 valid government-issued ID with picture and signature, such as

      1. Driver’s License

      2. SSS or GSIS

      3. TIN

      4. Passport

      5. Voter’s ID

    • Delivery address, contact person and contact number to identify who the prizes will be delivered to.

  11. Applicable local laws and regulations and company policies and guidelines will apply in determining the winners.

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. In no event shall Organizers of the Promotion, their affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the Participants for any monetary amount greater than the value of the prizes due to the prize winner under the rules and regulations of this Promo.

  2. Organizers of the Promotion, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the websites and platforms used in relation to the Promotion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, everything on the foregoing website/s herein are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or use or non-infringement.

  3. Organizers of the Promotion are not responsible for:

    • Any technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable emails, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, mobile/telephone lines or other mobile/telephone related problems or errors, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promo, or by any human error which may occur in connection with this Promo.

    • Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the website/s herein caused by any third party, i.e., website users, hackers, among others, or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promotion.

    • Any statement, comment or declaration posted or submitted on the websites and platforms used in relation to the Promotion.

    • Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to the Promo;

    • Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of the email addresses used in this Promotion.

    • Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of any of the submissions of the participants under this Promotion or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to this Promotion.

  4. Organizers of the Promotion shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any event beyond their control that will not make it possible to continue with the conduct of the Promotion without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same, including but not limited to the following:

    • programs not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering;

    • unauthorized intervention;

    • technical failures;

    • technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment and software;

    • failure of any e-mail account to transmit message/s to the organizers of the Promotion on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or any website;

    • injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person's computer due to or resulting from participating in the Promotion or downloading any materials from the website/s; or

    • Any other causes which would corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, and integrity of selecting the participants in this Promotion.

  5. The decision of Organizers of the Promotion to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion based on the foregoing is absolute and final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.

  6. The agreement to the Full Promo Mechanics document must be opted in before the Participants submit each of their Promo entries, as seen below and in the following section:

Agreement to Full Promo Mechanics

By participating in this Promo, Participant agrees to be bound by the Full Promo Mechanics contained herein. Failure to comply with the said terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods will result in Participant’s disqualification.

The Promo shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It shall be Participant’s sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that he/she complies with and does not contravene any laws to which he/she may be personally subjected to.
