Promo Mechanics/Guidelines
1. What is the Promo?
The Listerine® Sign Up and Win (Promo) is aimed to expand the consumer healthcare database of JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines) Inc. (JNTL). To run for a period of 1 month, from July 24 to August 24, 2022, (Promo Period) the Promo is open to Filipino Residents, 30 years old and above. Participants will be asked to submit entries via the social media platforms’ instant form. Winners will be given Gcash Credits each worth Php 3,000.00 (for Promo #1) and 1 year supply of Listerine or 15 bottles (for Promo #2). There will be 5 winners per promo type awarded throughout the Promo Period.
2. When is the Promo Period?
The Promo shall run from July 24 to August 14, 2022 on Facebook and Instagram, Instant Forms nationwide.
3. Who can qualify to join the Promo?
a. Consumers residing in the Philippines, aged 30 years old and above.
b. Only those who have fully completed the sign-ups and are residing within the Philippines may be eligible to join.
c. Full promo mechanics (Section I), Disqualifications (Section II), and General terms and conditions (Section III) will apply.
d. Applicable local laws and regulations and company policies and guidelines will apply in determining the winners.
4. What are the prizes?
Total No. of Prizes: 5 sets of Php3,000 GCash Credits, and 5 sets of 1 year Supply of Listerine during the Promo Period.
5. How may one join?
a. Simply sign up in Listerine’s® Facebook and Instagram Instant Form by clicking the sign-up button.
b. For an entry to qualify, complete and accurate information must be provided in the sign-up form. Only completed forms will be considered/qualified for the promo.
c. Randomly selected 5 winners (per Promo type – 10 total winners) valid submissions will be considered, subject to the Promo Terms and Conditions
d. Only new sign-ups to the Listerine database may join. A consumer may join and submit an entry only once.
e. An entry may be submitted anytime during the Promo Period from July 24 to August 14
f. Drawing of Winners will be announced on August 30, 2022, through Listerine’s Facebook Page

I. Full Promo Mechanics
1. The Listerine® Signup & Win 2022 Promotion (“Promo”) shall run from July 24 to August 14 on social media platform links nationwide, Facebook and Instagram.
2. There is only 1 way to join the Promo. Simply sign up and submit a valid Entry through the Instant Form via Listerine® ’s FB page or thru Instagram official forms.
3. Before an Entry can be submitted, Consumer will be asked to [a] provide his/her contact details ((full name, contact number, and email address) and [b] agree to the Privacy Notice and Consent.
4. Only one (1) Entry is allowed per Consumer. Data submitted must be unique and user information must not be existing in the Listerine® database prior to the Promo Period.
5. 10 winners will be chosen (5 for Promo #1 - Gcash Credits, 5 for Promo #2 - 1 year supply of Listerine
6. Data provided must be valid and unique to the Consumer.
7. Selection and notification of winners.
a. Representatives from JNTL and its Media Agency will randomly select valid submissions within the promo period.
b. Winners will be announced on August 30, 2022 via Listerine®’s FB Page.
c. Winners’ contact details (name and mobile phone number) will be shared with GCash. GCash will send text notifications to the winners for the steps to redeem the GCash Credits, and JNTL will send an email/text to the winners of the 1 year supply. For Gcash, Details on the redemption of the credits will be stated in the text. Please do not forward this text to anyone else.
8. How winners may redeem their GCash credits.
a. All telecom providers can be used to redeem GCash credits (Globe, Smart, etc.).
b. You do not need to have a GCash account prior to your entry; however, once you are notified as a winner, you will need to create a GCash Account to redeem the GCash Credits.
c. Should any issues or concerns arise from your redemption, please direct inquiries to GCash at its customer care hotline at 2882.
d. GCash will message the provided cell phone number only 1 time. GCash tracks when the message is sent and if it is successfully sent. Once the text notification is sent, it is solely the responsibility of the receiver to redeem the GCash credits via the GCash app.
e. All winners should claim prizes within sixty (60) days from the announcement of winners. Should the winner be unable to claim within the aforementioned deadline, they will forfeit the credits in accordance with Department of Trade and Industry rules and regulations.
f. Once GCash has sent the text notifications to the winners, GCash will securely dispose of the data (Name + Contact Number).
g. For Gcash Credits winners, the valid Phone number presented will be the basis for crediting the prize.
9. How winners may redeem their 1 year supply.
a. Formal email & text notifications will be sent to the information given by the winners
Hi __________, congratulations, you are one of the winners of Listerine’s “Sign up and win promo” last July-August 2022. You have won a 1 year supply of Listerine Mouthwash. To claim, please provide your full address, contact person, contact number.
Please reply within 30-days from this email/ text message, else, you will forfeit the prize. Should you have any questions/ concerns, please contact JNTL’s Customer Care Hotline at _________, or contact Listerine’s FB page at https://www.facebook.com/ListerinePhilippines
b. All winners should claim prizes within thirty (30) days from the announcement of winners. Should the winner be unable to claim within the aforementioned deadline, a new winner will be contacted (based on buffer winners drawn).
c. Winners of 1-year supply must also email any government-issued ID to confirm their identity.
10. Prizes are not transferable and/or convertible to cash by the winners.

II. Disqualifications
1. All entry submissions will be reviewed. An entry that does not comply with the qualifications and requirements provided in the Promo Mechanics will be disqualified.
2. JNTL reserves the right to disqualify participants who hack or attempt to hack the Promo, manipulate any related documents, or try to unfairly influence the Promo or other participants in any way.
3. All employees of JNTL, its affiliates or subsidiaries and any other party/ies who are directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promo and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.
4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the Promo mechanics and rules shall be a ground for automatic disqualification.
III. General Terms & Conditions
1. In no event shall JNTL, its affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the participants for any monetary amount greater than the value of the prizes due to the prize winner under the rules and regulations of this Promo.
2. The agreement to the Full Promo Mechanics document must be opted in before the Consumers submit each of their promo entries, as seen below and in the following section:
Agreement to Full Promo Mechanics
By participating in this Promo, Consumer agrees to be bound by the Full Promo Mechanics (insert link) contained herein. Failure to comply with the Full Promo Mechanics (Section I), Disqualifications (Section II), and General Terms and Conditions (Section III), will result in Consumer’s disqualification. Applicable local laws and regulations and company policies and guidelines will apply in determining the winners.
The Promo shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It shall be Consumer’s sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that he/she complies with and does not contravene any laws to which he/she may be personally subjected to.

Participants will be asked to submit entries via the social media platforms’ instant form. Winners will be given Gcash Credits, each worth Php 100.00. There will be 1000 Gcash Credits worth a total of P100,000.00 awarded throughout the Promo Period.
2. When is the Promo Period?
The Promo shall run from May 17 to June 17, 2022 on Facebook and Instagram, Instant Forms nationwide.
3. Who can qualify to join the Promo?
a. Consumers residing in the Philippines, aged 30 years old and above.
b. Only those who have fully completed the sign-ups and are residing within the Philippines may be eligible to join.
